The Donate-A-Book program of the SM Store is back. You can donate your preloved books and learning materials at select branches nationwide until September 30, 2021. For each item you donate, you get a P100 discount coupon.
There are a number of ways to donate. First, you can drop off your new or preloved books. All books are welcome especially books that aid in learning, encourage curiosity, and spark imagination. Preloved books that are clean and in good condition are accepted.
You can also donate books from Learning is Fun available at the SM Store Stationery Department. Learning is Fun will match and donate the same number of books that has been purchased and donated during the donate-a-book-campaign period.
Lastly, you can also donate school supplies that you can purchase from the Stationery Department. The SM Store has pre-packed and preset pack of 6 notebooks and school sets made up of a backpack, notebooks, and pens that you can purchase to donate.
The Donate-A-Book campaign started in 2015 and has distributed more than 800,000 books and school supplies donated by SM customers.
